  • Visit the official website of NSFAS at: www.nsfas.org.za
  • Click on “myNSFAS” from the tabs and Select “Register”
  • Check the box to let NSFAS validate your information.
  • Afterwards, enter your ID number exactly as it appears on your South African Identity Document (ID) in the form.
  • Put in your legal name and last name according to your ID number.
  • Type in your current email address
  • Confirm your email address
  • Type in your cellphone number
  • Create a password
  • Confirm password
  • Upload your ID Copy
  • Click on register
  • An OTP will be sent to the email and cell number provided (this OTP expires after 24 hours)
  • Type in the OTP and click submit
  • You have now completed your re-registration

Steps To log in to your Mynsfas Portal 2025

Follow the steps below to log into your portal;

  • Go to www.nsfas.org.za.
  • Click on MyNsfas Account.
  • Input your myNSFAS login details – username and password.
  • Access your account.
