Application for NSFAS for the 2024 academic session is open Now for both first-semester and second-semester applications. The application portal is open from now until January 31, 2024. Apply for NSFAS now while the application period is still ongoing. Note that NSFAS May not consider late applications for the 2024 academic year, therefore all applications must be submitted before the deadline.

NSFAS Applicants are required to upload supporting documents to complete their application. The documents required are:

A completed and signed Disability Annexure A Form.

Students recognised as vulnerable children must provide:

An applicant who is recognised as a vulnerable child by the Department of Social Development must provide a completed Vulnerable Child Declaration form completed by a social worker.

Proof of legal guardianship
